Default Going lean!!!!!!!!!!

Well i put some 8.1l injectors in my truck from ebay got it tuned but my idc was higher than with my stockers. so i thought it must be my fuel pump so i got a new fuel pump and it still went really lean at wot and throwing lean codes normal driving. so i put my stock injectors back in and the fuel trims fell into place but im still running out of fuel up top really bad like 14.0 afr i dont stay in it long though for it to hurt it right when it goes lean i just let off. the thing is its like the afr will be fine at 5400 but past that it just sky rockets to lean. im hitting like 130% duty cycle and only have around 15 degrees of timing at wot. so i guess im going to have to order some FAST inj or some other brands wat do yall think.

DId you verify the PN on the injectors? A friend of mine bought some injectors off of ebay, and he had alot of problems tuning it, come to find out they were stock injectors... But having the tune adjusted for bigger injectors made things run alot worse...

i didnt check them to verify they were 8.1l but they were different from my stock ones i think there was something wrong with them so i guess im just going to have to get some FAST 30 lbr'ers i guess. but i dont think i should be going that lean with the stock injectors. what do you think.

a 130 IDC on with your mods does not sound right at all... IMO either something is wrong with the injectors or the tune is wrong... Get a fuel pressure gauge and test it to rule out the pump... I would not go with fast injectors, i would just get 8.1 marine injectors...

i just put a brand new pump in the 2 weeks. i think it might be in the tune. im not sure the idc went up when i added more fuel up top i think its in the tune my maf is really far off im reading around 48 lbs min at its peak so thats a pretty good bit off. i see you use efi live so you look at my tune but ill post it up anyway in the next post. its like the afr is fine then all of a sudden it just sky rockets up its really weird i must have something wrong in the tune.

Hmmm, that tune you posted is that with it tuned for the new injectors? Cause it has stock IFR numbers....

yea i put the stockers back in because i was having problems with the 8.1l's. i still dont think the idc should be that high with stockers. especially with only 15 degrees of timing
