Default getting a dtc with new setup

I just put a TBSS intake and TB with a X-link on my 6.0 and every time I give it full throttle it goes into reduced engine power and shows code
P2101. Is tunning required for this swap? anyone have any ideas?

I think it has to do with the TB. Which one did you use?

hopefully someone else will come in and tell you exactly. It seems like it has to do with using a car TB over the truck.

Did you happen to cut the two looped pink wires on the X-link (provided it is version II). If so, they should be connected for use with the TBSS type TB.

It is the version II, and the pink wires are untouched still in a loop.

I'm still having the same issues with this P2101 code, Is the problem in the tune? or do I have a bad TB and or X link?

did you ever figure this issue out? I’m having similar issues but not at wide open throttle. My truck will randomly rev up and go into limp mode while idling.
