I totally agree. Shoot for 12.7-12.8. Any truck I tune that's N/A I dial in at around 12.5-12.8 at WOT.

Just a comment on Pe Enrichment rate...

From what I understand about that rate (speaking from an HPTuners point albeit), the rate of enrichment happens crazy fast, fast enough for you not to even notice it. For instance (again from a HPT perspective) we are talking milliseconds (one thousandth of a second) for this transition even if the table is maxed out to its fastest transition value (HPT > Engine > Fuel Control > Power enrich > Enrichment Rate). In HPT this table has a range of 0.0 to 4.0. If this table is set to 1.0, it takes 12.5 milliseconds to command Pe. If this table is set to 2.0, it takes 6.25 milliseconds to command Pe...and so on.

Here is a reference I found:

on an 8 cylinder 4 stroke engine
2500 rpm... you get 1 cylinder ignition every 6 milliseconds.
4000 rpm... you get 1 cylinder ignition every 3.75 milliseconds
6000 rpm... you get 1 cylinder ignition every 2.5 milliseconds

I doubt that a Wideband could even pick up a change to this table however even for one cylinder ignition at WOT, I would want Pe commanded ASAP.

On another note, I believe the stock truck tunes (its been a while since I looked at one) have the Pe RPM delay somewhere like 5k rpms. This should be 0 RPMs (zero) IMO.

Justin...any input on this???? I am trying to learn as well and want to make sure I am on the right track.

Will do guys. I have no problems getting that AFR on the street but when I go to the track and put the engine under a big load off the line, it sucks up all the fuel and can't catch back up. I didn't know if maybe I had something else wrong (VE table) or just need more fuel down low.

Mine did that last night at the track. I launched and then it went crazy lean fell on its face then took off. But I am also having a problem with it leaning out at cruise for just a second and then levels back out but this only happens from time to time.
