Just glancing at your fueling tables...the tune doesn't appear to me to be using larger injectors. I haven't looked at the tune in any detail, but I wanted to see you IFR and it shows 45 to 49 throughout the table (nonreturn system). If you have 69lb injectors, the highest number should be what ever the inj you have is rated at. You need to find out your injector specs. Which injector is it? Actually alot of stuff looks to be stock.

***once you find out your inj specs, the ifr can be figured out using a common spreadhseet floating around here somewhere.

talac, Are your injector 69lph as in liters/hr which would be 18.23 pounds/hr,(WAY to small) or are they 69 pounds/hr? Your tune is set up for about 49 pound/hr, like dewy said.

My actuator leaks about 20 sec at 10lbs

This is cool, Whipple 496 started this thread & now we are on my issues.
Thanks heaps!
KB, are you looking @ the efi tun or HPT? I have put both up & the IFRs are different between the two. Info center on dash now says Im using 17l per 100km where in reallity Im using 30l per 100km HPT(sorry for the metric guys) With the efi tune the usage was spot on.
dewmanshu, they are 69lb, I will try to get more data.
I have just completed the LS2 90mm TB install, feels great, more responsive, more mid & top end & the SC is much louder. Now my Trans shift points are all up the clacker.

Yeah my 90mm install netted me a much much much louder SC.

Where did you get the injectors?

Is that a common issue with whipples? Actuator leaking boost?

I didn't see the first tune file, those values look MUCH better for 69lbs/hr injectors and you should put them into your HP tuners tun file.

The injectors were supplied locally here in Melbourne, I'll have to chase up some details.
As for boost leak, Whipples original kit has the bypass valve diaphragm controlled from a vacuum point preSC then through a solenoid which would see boost. This solenoid would have to see atmosphere to release the diaphragm. Currently, the second hose on my valve is exposed to atmosphere, so enough boost may actually operate the valve against the pre load on the spring. If the other side of the diaphragm had boost, I guess it would keep the valve shut.
I think someone mentioned the same thing earlier in this thread.

I've already tried that, but then the truck wouldn't idle at all.
Also I thought I would have had to re tune. I have not mastered the wb o2 on HPT or even efi for that matter.
