I am doing a swap and i went thru the engine harness and modified to be stand alone. I know normally the vin has to match bcm etc for it to run or disables fuel pump correct? But i am controlling fuel pump seperately. Do i need vats disabled for it to run or?

IT cranks over and starts then shuts off this is a 2006 harness and pcm

 

You just need VAts turned off...its kills everything, it thinks its being stolen
