I see you have also posted on HP Tuners as well

Tweeder,
A few questions

1. Whats the condition of the plug wires?
2. Whats the condition of the spark plugs, type, & current gap?
3. Whats fuel pressure?
4. Whens the last time you replaced the Fuel pump sock?
5. Whens the last time you replaced the Fuel filter?
6. Do you have any bend push rods?
7. Have you tried a recent "case learn" -- HP Tuners
8. Have you swaped fuel injectors as you did with the coils to see if misfire moves to another cylinder? (I would say try this last)

You may have answered these in a previous post if so ignore
Can't think of anything else at the moment, let me know please

The wires and plugs are a couple years old.
Spark plugs a re a nice tan, ngk tr6's, between 35-40 gaped.
Fuel pressure is stock, 50-60psi.
Fuel filter is a couple years old with plans to change it soon when I get time.
How can I tell about a bent rod? Pull the covers and wiggle the rockers?
I did a case learn a couple weekends ago. A pain in the *** to do it though.
I didn't swap the injectors as after swapping that coil there is the odd random misfire for a few counts then resets. What i'm concerned about is the weird firing order not following a set pattern. It sounds and runs normal.
What controls that firing order and could I have possibly altered it some?

HP Tuners stores the firing order in the Engine Diag... under the general tab then firing order button, I believe if memory serves me right this is it below

4 3 1 8 7 2 6 5

K I'll look into that but the problem with the firing order is that it follows no set pattern.
