Default EGR Valve

I have a question about a car I am working on (Mercury Sable)....I am getting a P0412 (Secondary Air Injection System Valve A Malfunction) DTC code AND a P0401 (EGR Flow Insufficient) code. Can this be cured by replacing the EGR Valve?? I figured you guys would know so I thought I'd ask. Thank you so much!

P0401 is the DPFE Sensor its about $20, Last time I ordered one Ford had 48 of them in stock. LOL

P0412 can be a little tricky to diag. I have only come across it twice. One time it was a faulty relay battery feed circut. The other was a bad system line.
