Does anyone know where I can get one of these unlocked.
I have one that is locked on my old vin #.

You can try calling Superchips and show them that you no longer own the other vehicle. They may trade it out for you. If not, find out who has your old truck and give it to them as a present. Then get a dyno or a mail order tune for the same or lesser price.
