Default efi live guys..

well i was jacking around and hooked it up to my buds duramax to see if i could clear the codes and not only did it work but it would monitior also. something cool i found out that i thought would never work and thought i would share.

so what all can it be used on?

Damn, I didn't think it could be used on the DMAX.

The scanner can be used on any GM OBDII vehicle as far as I know but, may not support all the PIDS for all of them. It's a LS1 specific scanner first and a generic GM OBDII scanner second.

yea that was the only thing. i got a lot of messages of pid's not being supported. then i went and changed them and it seamed to have more available than normal. there were more than 24 pid's it would support though. it had boost but it was measured in kpa i believe so we could not compare it to what the edge monitor said for boost.

To covert kpa to psi multiply kpa x .1450377.

100 kpa = 1 bar = 14.5 psi

1 kilopascal = 0.1450377 pound/square inch [absolute]

This will work if the edge monitor measures in psi.

My 2005 Avalanche scans and tunes perfect!

Fantastic product! I've used LS1 Edit for 2 years on my F body and this puts it to shame!
