EFans on PCM...pin 33

Yes you can cut that wire after your splice to the HVAC. The PCM has that control to help lower a/c pressures if they get to high. By putting in the e-fans it still has that ability.

I hate to bump an old thread but google only came up with a few...

I’m running a factory e-fan harness and fans from just justchevytrucks.com and in the directions it says to put the provided blue wire from the harness in pin 33, and remove the existing wire. The problem is it doesn’t say what to do WITH the existing wire that’s there.

Do I just leave it out and disconnected? tape it and leave it be?

Truck is a 2001 2500HD

I got it. Just pull it out of the connector and tape it back or whatever. It’s not needed.
