Default ECM "Power at Flywheel" PID

When doing logs with EFILive I always select "Power at Flywheel" in the PIDS section, just wondering how accurate you guys think it is? I have a stock '06 5.3 with MPT70 at 8psi, and it says it's making 540hp, seems pretty optimistic to me, but I've never had it on a dyno Anyone compare this number to dyno results, taking into account drivetrain losses?

I assume this is is just calculated as a function of air mass and fuel injection rate?

I think my air mass reading (MAF) was 450g/s or so, but I don't think the fuel injectors got over 70% duty cycle, they are 44lb/hr.

Given the setup and numbers that sounds pretty realistic actually.
