How do you defeat the portion of the drive by wire PCM that closes the throttle blade when you floor it from a stop? This lovely "feature" is killing my launch - if you can call it that.

 

you will have to adjust your TM settings so that the ecm isn't trying to pull spark and close your TB when you nail it. if you have hpt it is under Engine>Torque Management>General and Abuse. there are a few tables in there that deal with TM/ETC limits/Spark Retard/TCS that will have to be changed, along with the tranny TM settings.
