Default Does out side temp mater when data loging

Hope to put my headers on thursday and do some data logging to send the BB but the temps for the next couple of weeks will be in the low teens to single digits. is it going to mater what the out side temp will be?

No. All that matters is that your IAT reads the temperature correctly. For data logging for a tune, low temps are BAD ***. The colder your start is, the better range the tuner has to work with.

No, your tuner can't calibrate perfectly for cooler temperatures if he doesn't have data on them. If you can I would recommend logging from cold to hot.

Cold logging gives the tuner a better chance at idle stabilization. Hot logging gives tuner a good idea what the truck will do under load.

But ask your tuner what he would prefer. I'm just repeating what Geoff (EPS) said to me, so I may be misapplying it.
