hey guys..getting all new exhaust done, then tuned monday...I know i can remove o2's and tune them out..my question tho?!?!

I have emission reg in Ontario...will removing my Rear 02's effect that or anythign else????

 

none...all they do is let you know if your converters are not working properly. they wont be able to tell that your rear 02's are tuned out, but they will be able to tell if they are not there. plug them in but delete them for the visual part of the inspection.

so i might as well jsut leave me in there then...

 

if you are removing the cats, then you have to turn off the code or it will show the SES light because the PCM thinks the cats arent working right. If you must keep the cats then its no difference if you tune them out or leave them there.

 

I would get the screw in caps it looks a lot cleaner

 

yah I have to run cats for emission reason...and...well its alot cleaner for the enviroment.

Leave them in, if you're keeping your cats, they will tell you if you're cats aren't working.
