Default detonation?????

i am getting detonation above 4500rpm under part and full throttle. tune in my truck is still fairly new only about 100-110miles on it and it has gotten better. those of you with tuning knowledge, do you think it will eventually adapt and overcome this problem or is this something in the parameters that will have to be changed? thanks.....

I'm not sure I'd EVER rely on the knock-learn to compensate for detonation.....I'd have it re-tuned and have a degree or so of timing pulled in that area
