Default Delivered Engine Torque

How accurate is this PID? It seems pretty good and isn't irate like the Power At RearWheels PID.
Any luck we could find a way to measure HP as well as this PID does TQ?

Road was wet so I wasn't comfortable opening up 3rd gear but shifted out of 2nd at 6052rpm with 318tq and into 3rd at 4250 with 354tq holding within 5-6ftlbs to 4800rpm.
Didn't seem far off from what I've seen from this cam in other trucks and was wondering about it.

Couldn't get a 4800 rpm at WOT reading in 2nd because of traction.... or lack there of.

I've used it plenty of times and it's always been suprisingly accurate...
