Default cruise/abs/brake issue

So I'm having some problems with my 07 classic silverado I can't figure out. My cruise control don't work and my abs/brake lights are on. Don't know it there connected but probally. When I start the truck the abs light comes on immediately and after a few seconds the brake light will come on followed by about 30 chimes. I do have let tail and 3rd brake light and I have added resistors at all the lights, I have checked and cleaned the battery ground behind the bumper and the ground under the drivers door by the body mount, iv checked all the fuses and they are good, iv checked the fluid level, I stopped by orileys and there code reader didn't pick up any codes ( I asked several times if the reader they had read abs codes). The next thing would be to take the abs module off and try to solder the joints up but is there anything else you can think that would cause it? I have a aftermarket alarm with remote start and a aftermarket double din, do you think those could have anything to do with it?

It also has issues when trying to load a tune with hp tuners. The only way it will work is to do a entire write with high speed mode turned off. It will connect, gain access and when I goes to download the drivers it will get a error. If I turn the key off then back on and try again it will normally work. Don't know if it's got anything to do with the other issues but it is annoying.

I'd find a better scanner than what they have, if the ABS light is on there is a code.

And a bad switch on the brake pedal can stop the CC from working.

Wouldn't a bad switch cause the brake lights to not work or be on all the time?

If abs has a fault cruise wont work as both are tied into bcm

Abs has faults based on rusted wheel cylinders or wheel bearings on the hubs
