Default Crank Relearn / SES = what code?

I just did a 6.0L swap, and my SES light is on. I'm thinking it's because I left the EGR off, and my truck is a 2000 w/ EGR. What code should I be seeing if I need the crank relearn? Is it worth going with a '02 PCM from a '00? I'm going to get the SES light turned off as soon as I get a chance, and prob. a tune while I'm there, but wondered if I should get a '02 PCM first. Thanks.
