Default Crank Relearn

Hey,
I just received my PCM from Blackbear this morning and i want to swap it out yet today Will the truck even fire up without a crank relearn? I'm not worried about the security relearn but the soonest i can get somebody to recalibrate the crank sensor is Monday and i gotta be able to drive on the weekend.
Thanks

How about just installing it and find out? It took longer to start this thread than a PCM swap,

Crank relearn is not needed for it to start up, but it's a good idea when you have the time/money.
