i have a thumpr cam 219/233 on my 5.3 RCSB

since the install im having a LOOOT of troubles with the tuning i went to the CMR here in venezuela but the results arent good. the truck cant start for itself i always have to give it a little GAS. to make it start... and sometimes RPMS start jumping and then the trucks shut off...

i really want to get all issues solved.. i dont know what to do...

 

you need to adjust the base running airflow table

 

I assume you are working with Pedro?

Tell him to send the file to us, and some datalogs if he has them, we'll help him out....

 

im working with euforia performance, gabriel parisi!, i tell him to send you the file, he doesnt have any datalog, he is in another city its a little far, he already haves the Original Backup and he made me a Stage 1 tuning, he setted the AFR perfect. 13.5 / 14.5 at idle, and 13 at WOT, the only issue we got is the START UP part .. and the revs keeps variating till the truck shuts off...

i need to get the truck right soon.. its been a pain in the $%! LOL xD!

Ps: we saw in the DS handbook that the GM have that problem, and we should drill a hole in the throttle body. i was like WTF ..

There is no need to drill the throttle body if you adjust the base running airflow.

 

my tuner says to me theres no such table in the cmr.. for my silverado 2008..

and for the "variating rpm till its shut off".. he slowed the Throttle body close time and.. its close slower and it feels better but i dont have a solution for the startup problem..
