Default Boost drop off

The boost drops off during my 1-2 shift I also noticed my wideband shows 13-1 for a split second when this occurs. The funny thing is when I shift it manually it doesn't do it. My boost also spikes +2 psi during my 3-4 shift. I read where some one said he put a t70 turbo on his truck to eliminate the drop off. Is the torque management doing this maybe killing the injectors for a moment or backing off the timing? When I shift manually the boost will stay the same or spike on the 1-2 shift.

mine does the same thing. on low boost ( 5 psi) no drop at all but on high boost ( 8 psi) it it builds 5 #'s through 1-2 gear, then hits 8 #s. Im not sure if its just a 60-1 issue or what.
