I posted this in the Eastern forum, but haven't seen much traffic. We're organizing a Black Bear Performance group tuning meet in the Pittsburgh, PA, area. The meet will be held on May 2nd at the Pittsburgh Mills Mall parking lot. If anyone is interested, you can post up in this thread or PM me.
