Have my software and updates loaded. When I plug the AutoC into the computer and click control panel at bottom of screen, it appears that the unit is not connected. Instructions say go to driver install. When I look in device manager window (Vista), I do not see any icon for EFI cable entry. Is there a generic name such as "portable devices" or "usb controllers" or "IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers" that I should look for? THX in advance
