Default Anyone else had REP mode at idle?

I have had REP mode at idle, and would really like to get rid of it. I used to start it, and let it idle. It would idle for 2 min 45 sec, and go into REP mode. If I touched the throttle, I would not get it at all. Recently it will only idle for 20 seconds before I get REP mode. Now if I let it coast down the road too long I will get REP mode with my foot off of the throttle. I am completely baffled at why I am getting this. I am getting codes for P0102, P0106, and P0068. I am running a semi OLSD COS3 EFILive tune. Part of me is wondering if it is my computer. I almost think I have burned it out by loading too many tunes in it. Anyone have any ideas?

My truck done it once after opening cutout & then starting it.. I didn't have anyway of resetting code so I had to disconnect battery for a while..

Its possibly in the tune. I dont have EFI Live, I have HPtuners so, if you or some one can translate this to EFI Live bins or whatever they are called, here you go. In HP, Under ENGINE DIAGNOSTICS>MAP SENSOR>P0106 MAXIMUM and MINIMUM i had to play with them a little bit to get rid of the P0106 code. Also, I think i adjusted my ENGINE DIAGNOSTICS>MISFIRE>REVOLUTION MODE to rid of the misfire problem. Reason why i say i think, is because i havent loaded all my tuning stuff to my new computer so, i dont have access on my desktop to my tunes at this time. Hope this helps. Hit up BlackGMC if you need help finding these tables.
