Was wondering if anyone has found where they can tap a electric fuel pressure gauge into the 2014 and up trucks. I cannot seem to find where to get a reading. My truck is sitting in the shop waiting on this. I have already installed the e-force blower, long tube headers and y-pipe, electric cutouts, the AFR gauge and boost gauge. Just stumped where to connect the fuel gauge....completely different than the previous generation motors. Need this fuel gauge hooked up and installed in the pod and then off to the dyno. Any help would be very much appreciated. Thanks guys

 

its a direct injected motor its like a diesel....

 

So, anyway to hook up the electric fuel pressure gauge that you know,of,on these Gen V 6.2's? Or is the only way through the obd2 port?

 

Your fuel pressure gauge cannot read 2300psi and there is no point in reading the low side pressure feed. This ain't Kansas any more lol, fuel pressure is either all the way there or not there any more. If you were to get less pressure (like aeration), the engine just doesn't run any more since the fuel entering the chamber is drastically less.
