Im just telling you what happened.. How or why they broke I dont know... The guys at H&H in Haltom City didnt know the reason either the only thing they found was the retainer was bottoming out on the Valve Guide. so they cut the valve guide down .180 and ALL the valves checked out ok..And they put beehvee springs on. The springs that were on the heads were for a .580 lift cam i have a .581 lift and .001 is not going to break a spring. So the heads are fixed..

If there was issues to begin with, How can you expect TSP or any tuner for that matter to fix the issue???
Tuning does not fix mechanical issue's. If you have resolved all the mechanical issues, then get it tuned.

I bet you put an aftermarket timing set in there? If so, my money's on the chain or teeth having failed and allowing slop between the crank and cam. Unless the cam is super aggressive, the OE GM timing set is plenty.
The first aftermarket timing set I had failed inside of 2000 miles, caused all the same issues you are experiencing (minus snapped springs) and had 18* of play @ the crankshaft.
