Default Misfiring issue

I have a Misfire on #7. code is a P1174 Fuel Trim Cylinder Balance Bank1, and a P0742 TCC Circuit stuck on. Im guessing its from the misfire. I have changed the coil, injector, plug, plug wire, did a test on the injector plug to make sure there is a signal to the injector all on #7....Changed out the TCC valve, even to the point of changing the rocker arms.. Did a compressure test on 1, 3, 5, 7 and results were 150 0n first stroke and the final was 180 for all. Anyone have any ideas???
