Thanks for the help 1slowhoe. I attached the last tune that I flashed and some logs. I have been having a problem with KR around 100kpa, I pulled a whole bunch of timing from my original tune and set the commanded fuel to 13:1. I still get this KR right before boost, then it fuels good with no KR and when the Alky comes on it is really rich still. I have limited time to play with this, it is 106* here today. I'll get some more logs tonight when it cools back down.

What is your AFR when you see the KR right before boost? I had a similar issue. I lowered my TPS % for PE and it helped. I think I set it to 38%
It does get really rich though when cruising and lightly pressing the gas. It doesn't downshift so it goes into PE and my AFR goes into the 10's.

I am tuning in SD and have my PE disabled. My commanded ratio is 13:1 at 85-100kpa, maybe I should try 12:1. It knocks worse than I have ever heard it before, when it is not even in boost. The IATs are between 120 and 140 with a 90* ambient. If I give enough throttle to get the Alky to kick on, I have 0 knock. This makes me think that I had a bad tank of gas. I re-filled the truck this afternoon, and as soon as it cools down enough outside I am going to take it back out. Is there a timing table based on MAP pressure?

I'm no tuner but arent you in boost or right on the edge at 100Kpa? 13:1 is pretty damn lean for a boost condition. I was told once that adding a little more fuel just prior to boost helps cool the cylinders down some. It may help eliminate predetonation or knock. Not sure how true that is. I dont know of a table that uses map pressure to adjust timing, but there very well could be one. DC_Justin or KBRacing would be a couple of guys to PM about it.
You hear audible knock correct? This is not tip in or false knock?

Definetly audible knock. I haven't heard it out of my truck until know. I am going to fatten the fuel up before boost, I can start at 13:1 at like 85kpa and get down to 12:1 at 100kpa. When I get the knock now, my boost gauge is right on 0. My partially tuned VE is probably not helping matters either, there are some lean cells here and there.

Just had a thought (it happens)
Are you cruising with the converter locked and then rolling into the throttle when this happens? You may need to command your TC to unlock at a lower TPS setting. The extra load of the locked converter can induce knock at lower cruising rpms. I have had the same issue.
