Default Air to Fuel

What would be the best air to fuel ratio to run on a head and cammed 6.0? I'm looking at my PE modifier chart based on rpm and it's in AFR's; 12.4 from 0-3200 rpm and 12.3 from 3600-7200. Is that my actual air to fuel ratio or is it something totally different. Sorry about all the newbie questions. I'm trying to understand all these charts.
