Ya it was really nerve racking. Previously it would be ok 90% of the time. It would just act up every onve in awhile.

The 6.0 eats up the cam. Mine idles like stock with very minimal tuning necessary.
I never drove it that much in open loop. Yep my current cam is extremely small and i should not have any problems. That is what was bothering me

I've found Bosch stock replacement sensors should only be used when absolutely necessary and switched out to something good as soon as one becomes available. AC Delco seems to be the best and most consistent. I just recently replaced the dead 15 year old stock 02 sensor in the 95 with a Denso and it seems to be good. For some reason I was reading Denso as Delphi when I ordered it from RockAuto but Denso seems to be just as good and so far its working fine.

Did you ever watch your wideband when stalled? How rich would it go?

Yep i sure did, it was never consistant, sometimes it was a little lean, sometimes it was a little rich, nothing consistant... My trims were always good, right were they were supposed to be, and my o2 voltages were good always switching... That is what stumped me for years is that everything looked good on the logs...

I always use OEM stuff for sensors/ignition components. I've never seen anything better. Glad you've seen the light
