Active Fuel Management Question

I got a 2008 GMC Sierra Z71 with the 5.3. Can the AFM be turned off with some tuning? I hate it when it goes to V4 mode. It's pointless to me. Thanks.

Yes, AFM can be turned off with tuning if you want.
