Default 5.3 to a 5.7 tune change?

What tables do I need to change to get me started. Or is it best to get 2003 5.7 stock tune and cut and paste over.

In HPT
Engine- Cylinder Volume
Engine- Type
Maybe add a bit to your VE table and MAF table to get it close, depending on Cam you may have to add some airflow to RAF table. Once you get it going you will have to retune all your fueling and timing tables. Ummm, this is just what comes to mind as I am sure others will chime in.

What are the specs of this 5.7?

Only difference is the cam 224/228 and stock 243 heads. What exactly does changing the cylinder volume and engine type do if I have to change ve and maf? I thought of copy paste stock 5.7 ve,maf, timing table. Now what about all the in between tables that are different like adaptive idle, porportinal, integral, adaptive idle rpm crap?

I believe cyl volume etc is used for calculating certain air mass values but not sure.
