c-3 light blue tan wires?? out ?

 

so pink (into bcm at c1 there are 3 pink) there is 12v at 2 of them......c3 connector unplugging the connector to test for v there is 4.4 at each out to tan wires from the BCM .hope i am following the correct path....

 

According to the diagram on first page, at bcm is would be bcm c1 pin 2

 

OK have switching power through the bcm to the ecm (now understanding this is low voltage communication 4-5 v) the yellow /black coming out of the ecm (pin 52 )shows no resistance and supplies 12 v to the relay , at pin 86 of the relay receptacle the 30 recep has constant 12 ,but the ground 85 and 87 seem to be opposite positions .it does test a good ground . i tried every other relay under the hood in it and no crank

 

Are you getting power to the starter when you turn the key???

 

Pull the relay and jump 30 and 87and see if the starter turns over

 

See if you can get someone else to turn the key while you put your finger on the relay... Quick easy relay test....

 

Ignition Switch

 

no power to the starter from key , jumped the relay recept and starter turns , thought i felt relay click before but do not now . \\fuse between relay and starter does not power up with key , does with relay removed and jumper wire used
