2006 rcsb REP mode issue with 2 bar.
#1
Applied 2 bar enhancement on my silverado and it runs so much better than the chopped up 1 bar tune but everyonce in a while in the top of second it throws REP mode and shuts down, It threw a p0068 map/maf throttle position correlation and it threw a po102 mass low frequency... I turned the 102 to no error and the truck would start and shut off so I turned it back on and it ran fine... I turned off the p0068 and it hasnt caused any issues but it still throws the 102 and goes into rep when it starts to pull hard up top right before the 2-3 shift.. Is there a predicted airflow table that I'm maxing out? High speed mode enter is set at 5400... should I raise it? This truck runs only on Map, No maf, no 02's.... Input?
Attatched is the tune I just started with, I went to two bar because of a lean issue in third, I thought two bar was Impossible on 2006 and 2007 classic but I tried it anyways.... Just wrote the tune so please only positive input, If you see something I need to change to cure the rep mode please give input, If you see something that looks incomplete, It is.. and I'm aware of it

set the maf fail frequency to 0 instead of 1, and raise the tables in the calc airflow p0068 table and see if that helps. a log where this happens would be useful
Whats your setup besides just a 2bar?

Sorry it has an ls2 90mm tb with a dr.x harness.... worked fine before on the 1 bar tune just always went lean on the 2-3 shift. On the p0068 airflow tables that you say to raise, how much are we raising them?

so should I start with doubling it? or add 10%? Triple it? Thanks for the input, I blew out the code the 102 is the one coming up when it does rep but that could just be because I turned off the code

You will always have the 102 as it is required for the tune to default to SD mode. You can disable the SES light but you will always have an active error code. Is 102 the only code you are seeing when it goes into REP? A log of a REP event would be helpful.

the p0068 doesnt come back because I turned the code off.... Traitor is true, I'm starting to miss this nitrous world, this turbo **** has been nothing but problems with tuning and spooling etc.... but i'll get it! Pics? you don't need those yet! Jk I'll get some up before too long.
