You dont need the beta. Simply set your on off temps in the tune. You can command high or low with the scanner to make sure you hooked them up right.

I did set the temp and selected on and off temps, but truck just got hotter, no fans. Also, no luck when turning Ac on. I havent done anything inside the scanner though. I'm 100% sure on a correct install, took my time on that side it.

Have you tried manually grounding the harness to see if the fans and harness both work correctly? The only thing you need to do in the tune is set the on and off temps. Using the scanner is just a quick way of seeing if the computer is working correctly with the fans.

Just tried it, fan low turns both fans on, but fan high does nothing.

If you tried it in the scanner then its not hooked up correctly. If you manually grounded it then the harness is wrong.

Are you sure that the pins to the PCM are fully seated in the connector? You should feel a light "click" when you get them all of the way in.

Yeah, I could see through the clear plastic when they became flush with the others and I double checked the green/blue 33/42.

This. Did you manually ground it?

Well I got a e-mail back from HPtuners help, there is a beta release they told me to use to fix the problem. The next damn problem is they said the inputs are disabled in the beta. Nice, well whats the point of paying an extra $150 for HP pro if your not going to log anything. This sucks. Looks like I'll have to buy another controller of some sort for the fans, I have to be able to log my LC-1 wideband.
