Segment swaps are performed in hex by our head engineer, we leave for SEMA in just a couple of days so are trying to tie up loose ends in the 2-3 days that we have left and won't be back until the 10th of November. We get several feature, table, custom operating system & segment swap requests EVERY day & try to tend to them all as best we can. The timeframe I quoted IS a worst case scenerio timeframe but is also realistic since we won't be able to do it while we are not in the office.

I am curious Bill why it is so difficult for you guys to do segment swaps and do them at the hex code level when other software platforms make it rather easy?

Mykk, if you need anything, let me know Also, Chris (thunder550) might be able to help you out if you buy a license to just do yours with.

Its on our to do list but requests for them are rare so its not really a high priority at the moment unfortunately.

Bill that is cool the way you quoted the "worst case" scenario. It avoids disappointment.

Take care, have fun at SEMA.

I drove the truck to work & back today. It is a beast, even on a stock l31 tune. fully traction is an issue and a locker is next on my list. But only after nailing a tune that will open up the engines full potential.

Just driving down the street, the sound of the truck turns heads. So, it's slowly getting where it needs to be.
