Default 2000 Gmc 5.3 crank wont start

The truck was running trans went. Pulled truck up on ramps pulled tranny replace with a rebuilt one. Now the truck will turn over but no start. The fuel pressure is over 55. All the fuses are good. I have checked and rechecked connections pulled starter too and unplugged and replugged crank sensor. I have no idea if the injectors are firing but the coils are not. I'm sure it's something I have done or did not do. Any thoughts yall?

Ok, I have to make a correction, I guess my test method for firing was flowed. I sprayed some starter fluid into the intake and it sputtered some. so I guess I'm getting fire, injectors aren't working.

I did pull the starter and fidel with the plug. What did you have to do? push the wires back in the plug or what?

removed the pin in the connector, found where wire broke, replaced pin on wire, slipped back into place in connector

ok updates. got noid lights from az. no injector lit. got no fire from any coil, but I can spray starter fluid in and it will stumble makes no sense to me. While fighting with this it fired up once for about 2 seconds. Also, the security light only blinks when the key is in and the door is open. when I crank the truck the light goes out.
