2 MAP sensors, 11 Silverado

2 MAP sensors, 11 Silverado
So I just installed a Magnacharger on my 11 Silverado 2500 6.0 last night and there is obviously the map sensor in the intake but another in the intake air tube between the air box and the throttle body. Can that sensor be tuned out on HP Tuners? I believe that is triggering my SES light at the moment. Nothing about this in Magnachargers instructions
