didnt read all the posts but im kinda leaning more to your pump being bad than running out of injector..on my 5.3 and cam i was gettin 153% duty cycle i put an inline pump in and i was back down to 8x% duty cycle..i have 28lb ls1 injectors in my 6.0 now and cant remember what the duty cycle is but its not over 100 or i would have gone bigger..and i also set my fuel pressure to 60psi

if thats not possible i cant explain it though... a/f leaned way out and the motor would cut out realy bad..i made a post about this a couple years ago when this happend..put in an inline pump..a/f back to jivin were it should..it worked and that was all i cared about
