03 25HD wont start! need help Asap

Hey guys, I rebuilt the motor top end in my 2003 Chevy 2500HD Silverado. Due reasons belong my control I had to pull the engine out and about 6 months later I finally got to reinstalling it. The issue I am running into it is I put the grounds back to the best of my knowledge (and what what I can understand from my ALLDATA).
The windows roll down, things click under the hood, the dash tells me to "SERVICE 4WD" and "SERVICE BRAKE SYSTEM". When I turn the key nothing happens. I got the starter tested and it works fine. I took the starter off the motor and left it wired up and turned the key and it didn't do anything so I am guessing it is a ground/wiring issue. Can anyone tell me where I screwed up the wiring?
Thank you and merry Christmas to Y'all

If anyone can help me with where the grounds go and where they come out of the harness I can do it. When I get on ALLDATA and it says ground 103 I have no idea where that is on the harness and there for no idea where it goes.

Well I finally got the truck to turn over and fire up! After about a hour of an electrical guy looking at the truck he noticed that the computer wasn't even getting power. Well I had all the grounds in the rights places it turns out but a wire had inside wiring harness went bad. Sadly Wiring harness stuff is WAY out of my league. When we spliced a new ground into the ground wire in the harness it it turned right over. Now the truck is in a shop waiting to get the the ECM re-flashed and the headers piped back to the exhaust I didn't cut out.
