Yep, problem started about 5k miles ago...I made the IAC hole much smaller.
I've noticed in the stock tune on the cracker table several of the low speed low rpm values are at zero...I think I'll start with these and report back.

I would start with the base running airflow tables....what are the idle trims doing?

Yeah, its etc...I don't know what else to call the opening. Whatever it is, I put a piece of bic pen in the hole and packed metal filler around it.

Try adding 2g/sec to the whole row, and if that helps you need to go back and properly do the whole table.

1. Shouldn't have altered the TB in that manner.

2. Base running airflow (RAF) can easily be scanned (on an 04 model) to find out the EXACT values your truck requires, avoiding the guesswork.

put a stock untouched throttle body back in it. problem solved.
