Default [HP Tuners] Idle drop at low speeds

Here's the problem: When driving around the neighborhood at low speeds or stopping at a stop sign, pulling up the driveway in 1st or 2nd gear my idle always drops to 3-400 rpm as I'm coming to a stop. If I'm driving around town and leave it in 3rd with the clutch in while braking to a stop I have no problem, but if I downshift to 2nd or 1st to help decelerate I have the same idle dipping problem.
Just wondering what tables I should be looking at, or what values I should be logging to fix this. Any pointers are greatly appreciated.

Check out your throttle follower settings, they are gear specific on the autos but i am not sure on manuals. Also your throttle cracker table may need to be increased as well

I'll check em' out. Something I forgot to add, the problem usually doesn't occur until I reach full operating temp

When is the last time you removed and cleaned your throttle body?
I have seen this happen several times... Dirty

This. Also, check the idle underspeed spark tables.

Thanks for all the tips. The throttle body was ported and polished about 5k miles ago, still looks pretty clean. I found the throttle follower and cracker settings and also the underspeed spark, but I haven't got around to messing with them yet. I'm also starting to wonder if I don't need to bump my ETC Area Scalar a bit.

edit: @Wheatley its the stock cam and I've done no idle tuning as of yet. As for my idea on the ETC Area Scalar, that shouldn't be applicable as I didn't take any area away from where the blade seats in either direction, right?

Did the problem start "about 5k miles ago"?

If you are running the stock throttlebody, the area scalar should be left as is,unless it has been tampered with and is not correct.
