I am nearly finished this project and am getting bored with it and ready to move. I started off with a 2002 Escalade EXT with AWD. The truck has 167705 miles on the body. So the paint is 6/10. It has its normal rock chips and some scratches on it from over the years. But there's no dents in any of the panels. This truck comes fully loaded obviously with the option of the moon roof and has that as well. When I started on this project, I tore everything down and converted it from AWD to 2wd.Also threw in a set of E-fans with a Nelson harness. So I will start out with some statistics on it.
Motor: 408 Iron block, 9.8:1 compression
Cam: Comp custom grind 591/601,230/236, 115 LSA
Rotating Assembly: Eagle crank, Eagle H beam, Diamond 8cc dish
Heads: WCCH edelbrocks RPM XT, patriot gold springs, comp magnum rockers, comp pushrods.
Headers: Pacesetter longtubes
Exhaust: 3" dual, with cutouts, Magnaflow muffler with built in Xpipe, 5" tips.
Pulleys: Innovators West 8 rib with 10% overdrive crank pulley.
Power Adder: TVS 2300 cog drive rear, 2.9 RIP pulley. 15 pounds boost
Fuelling: Walbro 255 intank (have a dual pump kit sitting on shelf, and will throw in) Snow Performance Methanol Injection with 10 gallon fuel cell.
Air Intake: Volant Cool Air Intake
Transmission: 4L80E Built by NAPC, 3200 Stall TCS Converter
Drive Shaft: Custom Aluminum 4"
Rear Axle: Detriot True Trac, Richmond 3:73, Superior Chromoly Axles.
Interior: Dual Pillar gauges with Scan gauge and Air/Fuel gauge. California Diesel overhead gauge pod with prosport boost/vacuum, and fuel pressure.
Electronics: Alpine Indash DVD player. Alpine door speakers all around, and custom Dual 10" speakers in blow thru box mounted behind seat.
Exterior: My plan was to make the very first Cadillac EXT-V. I have the supercharged emblems and the V emblems but never got them put on as I was going to do it after I had it painted.
Wheels: Eagle Alloy 026's I think.
Tires: Nitto NT 555, 285 35 R22's all around
Suspension: Mcgaughy's 2" drop spindles, with new bearings up front. 3" coils and shock extensions out back. All brand new Energy Suspension Urethane bushings everywhere on the truck.
I'm sure that I'm missing things because I have done things over the last few years. I have alot of the reciepts but not all of them. All the Engine and Drivetrain mods have less than 400 miles on them. Like I said, now that its all said and damn near done. I would like to start on something new.
All the tuning has been done at Wester's Garage in Tilley Alberta. So far the truck has put down 510/500 to the tires. Since then the guys at westers said they have recalibrated their dyno and I should be seeing around 560-570 horsepower and thats being modest. I more or less would just like to see if someone would even want something like this or not. Absolutely everything has been redone on it other than the body.
I dont know what to ask honestly. Guess I will say 20,000. I have waaaaayyy more than that invested.
