Default 2001 Silverado black lowered Indianapolis

2001 Silverado LS, reg cab, short bed, 4.8 auto 3.42 g80, mechanically stock, bench seat rubber floor mat interior, crank windows, air, pioneer cd stock speakers, black/black,
90,000 miles, spray in bedliner. located in Indianapolis.

SUSPENSION MODS
3/4 drop spindles shackles hangers, new tires approx 80K (Kuhmo 275/60/17) new brakes(front 78K, rear 85K), new Edelbrock front shocks 85K, new rear shocks (dont remember the manufacturer, small company out of california that was recommended on the board, built for lowered trucks), front suspension rebuilt at 78K new ball joints, brand new upper control arms with GM ball joints new bushings, moog lower ball joints, new bushings in lower control arms, changed from a 1" lowered spring to a set of new take off factory springs for a better ride. the ball joints werent in bad shape, I tore one of the boots putting in the dropped springs and just replaced all of them.

APPEARANCE MODS
17" denali wheels smooth caps, roll pan, hidden hitch (towed twice), escalade handles, GMC side trim, aftermarket mirrors, all emblems stickers removed when new. spray in bedliner (5 part system from a company in Texas Rattler or Rattleguard, not the brush on crap from autozone)

$9000 I have the title stithjj@yahoo.com

There is no rust on the truck itself, the back side of the roll pan has surface rust and the hitch frame has surface rust.

Paint on the truck is in very good condition, at 20K the truck was hit lightly in the front drivers corner by a vehicle going in the same direction. there was no frame damage. drivers tie rod was the only suspension damage. the body damage was drivers mirror, dents on drivers fender, passenger door. the grille wasnt hurt so you can tell it wasnt a substantial accident. I worked for GM at the time so i bought a new passenger door skin and new drivers fender from them, also added the GMC trim at this time. there was no bondo used in these repairs. the paint matches perfectly. at 70K the passenger mirror lens came out while I was driving down the road, it chipped the paint on the passenger side door, I had a body shop touch it up with an air brush, when waxed it does not show up. there are the normal paint chips on the hood that have been touched up as they occur.

truck needs:
--front drivers hub replaced due to a damaged abs sensor line causing an abs dash light, I have the hub off of a 40,000 mile truck
--passenger mirror is missing glass, I have the new mirror
--license plate frame mounted on roll pan, I have the license plate frame, it will need to be shimmed out so it will clear the hidden hitch

the truck is an LS, ordered the truck as a stripper, options were G80, air, chrome bumpers/wheels and thats about it. it is a very quick truck for what it is. I left it stock because it was my daily driver, 60 miles round trip to work, so of course the majority of the miles were highway. I love the truck but recently purchased a 2006 LT 4x4 ext cab that fits my needs much better.
I currently live in Peoria Illinois but the truck is at my house in Indianapolis (moving is a PITA) I can post more pics when I get back to Indy maybe sooner if girlfriend can send them to me. I havent been able to change out the hub/mirror living in a different state. If anyone wants to come drive the truck I will have to schedule it when I am in Indy, the plates are expired so its not going anywhere for now.
Ive described the truck as honestly as possible, I dont want to mislead anyone and have them waste a trip. if you dont like the truck then dont respond to this post. Ill be happy to answer any questions for those who are interested.
