I saw one of the 12's on the way home yesterday. It looked identical to the burgundy truck in the pic above. The only terrible looking part was the chrome bumper end caps.... Looked straight off the cover of JC Whitney... The mesh grill and grey air dam thing wasn't all that bad looking.

Yup, +1.
I still would not change my body style although I wouldn't mind having a newer interior.

Question

Any possibility that the GMT 900 SUV front end can be swapped onto the GMT 900 truck chassis? The Tahoe front end looks kinda nice, Yukon Denali isn't too bad either.

Where as this 07 NNBS I'm driving right now has been bar-none the most reliable vehicle I've ever owned.

Hard to stray from GM when I've had the luck I've had with my current truck, its just racking up the miles quickly.
Also take into consideration, there isn't a tune from EFI or Hp that I know of, just the POS handhelds.

And as for the reliability on the engines.. well what's not to say, we beat the crap out of them, we rebuild to make better. The market was made for us. And we're all aware, at least with this group, GM trans can't handle us.

i never liked the nnbs silverados. until i bought one.. i thought gmc was the better looking of the two.. but if you look at the body lines on the gmc.. with those half circle fender flares looking **** front and back.. the silverado has way better body lines imo...

Yeah, redhoe had a tahoe/avalanche front clip on a nnbs... I think that is by far the best looking nnbs possibility, albeit fairly pricey I'm sure.

I saw a 2012.... hideous

I've yet to see one in person, but I know a Silverado with that front end will not sit in my driveway.
