Well i was on my way over to my parents house after work wednesday and the traffic stopped but i didnt. luckly the guy was cool about it because he had a big bumper and a hitch so it didnt do much. the cop that showed up was cool too, he didnt even give me a ticket or anything. it was funny cause he had alot of tattoos and a short mohawk(sp)LOL! I was wanting to do the 06 conversion but this is a little sooner than I wanted. im for sure going to paint the upper and lower plastic but i was debating rather or not painting the bumper and all and leave the grill shell the stock 06. not sure yet but any input or pics would be great. sorry the pics came out kinda dark but to give you and idea the only thing any good is the headlights,radiator,hood,fenders,and the train horns.

Hey look at it like this, while it does suck, it looks like it only busted up the bumper, didn't hurt the fenders or the grille. How bout the rad, is that ok??

yeah i thought it was just the bumper to untill i started tearing it down. the radiator is ok but it bent my condensor. it cracked the grill at the bottom but you cant see it in the pics. the only thing good is the headlights,hood,fenders, and radiator. somehow the billet pieces looked ok that are in the bumper. the top of the bumper pretty much chopped a big hole in the bottom of the trans cooler and i had transmission fluid all in the road and in the store parking lot.

 

damn dude, that really sucks.... on the plus side, you get to do the 06 conversion that will look much better...

btw, those wheels are lookin good...

thanks, i dont know if i want to paint the whole front or just the upper and lower plastics??....i just got done sanding the GMC off the center caps and i was going to put them on this weekend. i looked everywhere for the bowtie ones but i dont know why i never thought about sanding them.

 

Thanks...that what i said at least no one was hurt because the truck can be fixed alot easier. right before i hit him i was thinking i hope the air bag dont go off. atleast he was a cool guy and didnt fake an injury to sue the **** out of me.
