From what I heard it stayed up for so long due to being almost topped off with fuel I think the river at the deepest point is like 200ft, like 30ft on the average

Awesome pilot, plain and simple. My hat's off to him/her. I read that it was engine failure due to a flock of birds. It must've been a **** ton of birds, because engines are tested for multiple bird attacks.

Flock of geese took out both engines....damn birds

Really. when I hear something like this. I imagine the bird.

can you imagine flying along minding your business. tellen the gang to hang in there we have a rest stop ahead then all the sudden WOOSH. everyone gets sucked into a jet engine. what kinda **** is that?
