baSICK5.0 im alot similar to your build and can only gain weight lifting weights. I've been lifting for about a year now just 1 hr 3 times a weeK and in a year i went from 109 to 136. my goal was just to looK normal again lol. I've noticed that when i worK my larger muscles liKe legs and back i've had the most improvement. I just do the max i can do 3 sets of 8 and increase weight and change routine every 6 weeKs. I taKe about 170-200 grams a protein daily worK out or not and that's it. I recently had a health check up and i'm only 8% body fat. The only thing i've noticed is that i weight what i did in high school but i'm not as strong. But i did power lifting bacK then but that was 10 years ago lol. Good lucK i say work your legs out and drink 50g of protein before you go to bed and when you waKe up.

No real big updates. Been going harder in the Gym. Doing twice the cardio before hitting any weights. I feel like I get more out of my workouts that way.
