Ok maybe a little. or better said, i guess I mean if the Pros are greater than the Cons then I am not against using them.

No real updates.

Back has been giving me a fit past couple days so I have been going easy.

Worked out Monday morning and this morning. Eating Tuna or Salmon everyday for a snack. Some healthy junk for lunch and eating when im not hungry but not stuffing myself all at once.

Drinking protein shake after each workout, peanut butter sandwiches left and right. Weighed 158 monday after the weekend but 154 this morning.

Keep ya posted.

I'm not a fan of basing my life/schedule around workouts and eating regiments. I enjoy eating what I want, and I don't have a problem with weight because I stay pretty active.
