No, that's some new foam they use to put the fire out. Just bad roads and faulty equipment.

See what happened was... I was headed to the big town of Foreman, AR, on some roads I have never been on before, when I come up on this curve. The speed limit is 65. My truck had started roadwalking on this trip. Something in the front end, (shocks or idler arms)was goin out. It started to drift out of the curve, I pull the wheel back into the curve. The rear end starts to slide, I panic and lock up the brakes and slide out of the curve into a tree. The rest is a daze, but I remember 3 people driving by and not so much as even slowing down. I was pretty heated about this. I am very lucky to be here telling this story to you guys.

 

Wow, you are lucky to have walked away unharmed (I assume). Looks like a total mess.
